Thanks to everyone who attended our first show on Sunday, with Graffiti Island and The Sticks. Sadly Black Time had to pull out due to illness but we will definitely have them in Brighton some time over the coming months. Attendance was appreciated on a cold and gloomy Sunday evening and thus we are very grateful! If you missed out then sucks to be you, Graffiti Island played a great set of creepy, bare-bones rhythms and The Sticks, as ever, provided tightly-wound lo-fi garage greatness. Not to mention an old woman collaborating with The Sticks with some improv rap swamped in reverb, free mince-pies and an opporunity to pick up the brilliant Niche Homo zine. Pictures from the show to follow. Next show is Thursday January 15th with Male Bonding, The Hipshakes, The Pheromoans and Sex Beet at The Prince Albert in Brighton, flyer v. soon. Listen to Blessure Grave, full post regarding their nouveau-goth swamped in echo to come soon. Wrap up warm dweebs.
